The curtain rod is made of durable, type-304, 18-gauge stainless steel and is 1-1/4 inches in diameter. Its size makes it perfect for use with Bobrick B-204-1 Stainless Steel Shower Curtain Hooks. A satin finish is featured on the curtain rod. Mounting flanges are positioned at either end of the rod and fasten to the wall with two countersunk holes intended for use with #10, 2-inch sheet metal screws, which are included with the rod. The flanges are fabricated out of type-304, 20-gauge stainless steel and have one-piece, die-formed construction. The shower curtain rod can be mounted on any type of hard surface in a shower area, including plaster, drywall, tile and masonry.
