The ASI 0004 Ash Urn is designed to collect cigarette ashes and butts and is perfect for keeping the designated smoking area or the entryways at your commercial facility free of mess. The unit is intended for recessed mounting and requires a rough opening that measures 2-1/2 inches in width by 10-1/4 inches in height by 3-1/8 inches in depth. The ash urn is fashioned out of type-304, 18-8 alloy, 22-gauge stainless steel. The ash trough included in the unit has a pushdown trigger for disposal that functions via a spring-loaded stainless steel piano hinge. A similar hinge attaches the service door to the cabinet, and a keyed tumbler lock secures the door to prevent tampering and vandalism. The ash urn features a satin finish, which cuts down on fingerprinting. The face trim features on the unit measures 1 inch in width and has no miters or burrs to prevent user injury.
