The Bobrick B-2583 Anchor is designed for the secure installation of a Bobrick grab bar through any panel in a bathroom stall that measures 3/4 of an inch to 1 inch in thickness. The back plate on the anchor is crafted of heavy-duty, 16-gauge, type-304 stainless steel and has a satin finish that coordinates with Bobrick grab bars. The anchor is outfitted with brass connectors that are plated in chrome and are keyed to the back plate. This prevents rotation and increases the security of the installation. The Bobrick B-2583 Anchor can be used with all models and lengths of Bobrick brand grab bars, and one anchor must be purchased for each flange on the bar that is being installed.
