Bobrick B-527 Stainless Steel Waste Door

The Bobrick B-527 Waste-Disposal Door for mounting in countertops is ideal for using with any type of counters that are 3/4 of an inch to 1-1/2 inches thick and allow for 4-1/2 inches of clearance to accommodate the unit. The versatile piece can also be used on the fronts of counters as well as on aprons and other vertical surfaces of the counters. Made from type-304 stainless steel, the waste-disposal door has a satin finish, which greatly reduces the appearance of fingerprints, water splashes and smudges. To use the unit, employees and customers simply push downward on the door and drop in paper towels and other waste. The door has a spring loaded, stainless steel piano hinge that runs the full length of the unit and allows the door to close on its own. A graphic that is easily recognizable is placed on the door to alert people to its purpose and encourage use.
