This heavy-duty model operates without sticking and chattering common to many solenoid valves. Corrosion-resistant coil features an innovative design that rectifies AC current to DC current resulting in lower coil operating temperatures compared to other plastic solenoid valves. Unit is not affected by downstream restrictions caused by flow meters, nozzles, or other equipment.,Note: This solenoid valve is normally closed and open when energized. It is intended for intermittent use and is not to be turned on and left on for extended periods of time.
