This PIG� HazMat Mat Pad absorbs and retains a wide range of acids, bases, corrosives, and unknown liquids, including high concentrations, such as 98% sulfuric acid and 30% sodium hydroxide. Chemical-resistant mat resists reaction to corrosive spills. Heavyweight, highly durable material features 8 layers of 100% polypropylene thermally bonded for strength. This pad features fine-fiber construction, a dimple pattern for fast wicking, and no liquid or fiber residue. Material is flame-resistant: melts when exposed to high heat. Easily recognized pink color helps ensure the correct mat is used in an emergency.
