The PIG Oil-Only Skimming Sweep catches trailing oil from absorbent booms for more complete spill cleanup. Clips allow you to attach sweep to the mesh of a boom; straps let you tie sweep across a waterway or onto a boat. Bright white color is easy to see in outdoor environments and clearly shows saturation level. Tough webbing resists snags and debris while remaining pliable. Absorbs and retains oils and oil-based liquids, including lubricants and fuels, without taking in a drop of water. Floats to confine and soak up spills on water. Can be incinerated after use to reduce waste or for fuels blending. Ideal for adding a level of absorption to booms deployed in rough waters.
