This PIG Transformer Kit in 95-Gal. Overpack UN-Rated Salvage Drum is packed for response to leaks and spills from electrical transformers. Opaque container blocks UV from degrading contents for up to 8,000 hr. Some of the spread-inhibiting and spill-absorbing essentials featured in this kit include: PIG Oil-Only Booms and PIG Oil-Only Mat. Included PIG Oil-Only Lite Dri removes sheen from surfaces. All absorbents resist UV for up to 1 year (12 hr. per day of direct exposure for 12 months) and float to absorb oil on water. Lift-out, prepacked baskets allow easy access to contents. Large label makes identification fast and accurate. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), PIG Repair Putty, and other materials are included specifically for responding to ruptured or punctured transformers. Tamperproof seal helps prevent pilfering of spill response supplies. Ledges molded into the container make kit easy to move by forklift. Leakproof, twist-on lid is notched for easy removal or tightening with a 2 x 4 or pole.
